After you create an account, you have instant access to all of Agopti's features for free for the first 5,000 acres sprayed.
This gives you time to test out Agopti to see if it fits your needs and provides value to your operation.
You do not have to do anything. Your account will inherit whatever tier you have set up in your profile.
If you choose to downgrade your account during the trial period, your account will be limited to the features of the tier you have chosen. Premium features and additional retailers and applicators added will be automatically disabled at this point. If you choose to upgrade later, the disabled features and retailers can be re-enabled again.
You may prepay as many acres as you'd like. Prepay acres for a year must be prepaid on or before December 31st of the previous year.
Prepaying gives a $0.02 per acre discount.
Bills are generated monthly. You can see your previous bills under the "Bills" tab in your account. You will also be emailed your monthly bill when each bill is generated.
Checks can be sent to the address on your invoice.
You can also pay online when logged in.
Absolutely! Simply upgrade or downgrade to the tier of your choice at any time. Per acre fees are assessed based on acres actually applied (rather than acres ordered) and are charged according to the tier you choose.
